Ingredients
- 350 g biscuit (oreo biscuits)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 350 g chocolate coating, whole milk or bittersweet
- 100 g chocolate coating, white
Preparation
- Roughly crumble the oreo with your hand and mix with the room-warm cream cheese. Mix with a food processor or blender to a smooth, dark brown cream. Place this cream in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
- Carefully melt the couverture in a water bath. Meanwhile, line up two large plates with baking paper. Roll about 2-3 cm balls out of the cream cheese cream and carefully cover them with chocolate.
- If you want, you can then decorate the truffles with strips of melted white chocolate. Put them on the plates and let them cool thoroughly before eating, preferably overnight.
