Tuna Bricks Recipe

Ingredients:
For 4 people
  • 8 brick sheets
  • 250 g canned tuna in oil
  • 8 small eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small fresh pepper
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 10 coriander seeds
  • 10 cl of sunflower oil
  • Salt

Steps:
  1. Drain the tuna then crumble it with a fork. Peel and finely chop the onion, chop the pepper and chop the coriander.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna with the coriander seeds, fresh coriander, chilli and onion.
  3. On a work surface, place a sheet of brick and place a little stuffing in the center. Then make a hole in the middle and pour the contents of a small egg into it.
  4. Season with salt before closing each brick in a small package. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and place the bricks in it.
  5. Leave to brown for 2 minutes on each side before draining them on a paper towel.
Serve the tuna bricks with a green salad.
