Ingredients:
For 4 people
- 8 brick sheets
- 250 g canned tuna in oil
- 8 small eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 small fresh pepper
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 10 coriander seeds
- 10 cl of sunflower oil
- Salt
Steps:
- Drain the tuna then crumble it with a fork. Peel and finely chop the onion, chop the pepper and chop the coriander.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with the coriander seeds, fresh coriander, chilli and onion.
- On a work surface, place a sheet of brick and place a little stuffing in the center. Then make a hole in the middle and pour the contents of a small egg into it.
- Season with salt before closing each brick in a small package. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and place the bricks in it.
- Leave to brown for 2 minutes on each side before draining them on a paper towel.
